Reservations & Rates

The suite apartment lodging can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Rates: May 15th - July 15, 2007

* Minimum Stay of 2 nights *

$175.00 per night up to 2 people.  $25.00 per night per additional person.

Check in time is 11:00 am.  Check out time is 2:00 pm. 

Please fill out the contact form.  We will respond in a timely manner to confirm your reservation and arrange a deposit to secure your reservation dates.  If you wish you may discuss these arrangements with me personally by calling me at 907-262-1503.

A 50% deposit will be needed to secure your reservation.  I will send out a confirmation letter for you once a reservation is secured.

Your deposit may be made by most major credit cards, check, or money order.  A reminder however, the reservation will not be secured until receipt of the check or clearance of the personal check.

Cancellations: 

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be refunded their deposit minus a $50.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made more than 8 - 29 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposit amount.

Cancellations made less than 8 days in advance will forfeit 100% of the deposit
